Local Incentives

The Town of Orange offers incentives for facade improvements, for qualified businesses in the following zoning districts: 

• Traditional Town Center (TTC)
• Town Activity Center (TAC)
• Traditional Industrial (TI)

Town of Orange Industrial Development Authority (IDA) provides up to $1,000 reimbursement under the authorities Facade Improvement Grant (F.I.G.), Plus Grant Program.  More information can be found on the IDA page.
